MARKESMAN Group Welcomes illa !

Markesman Group welcomes Illa Hamlette, MBA as an Human Resources Professional who is starting at Markesman as our newest member is HR. Illa will be joining our team where she will work with managing resources related to our team/our company. She will support recruiting and staffing, compensation and benefits, training and learning, labor and employee relations as well as organizational development.
 
Illa has 15 years of HR experience as a government contractor supporting NASA Langley Research Center, Hampton, VA,  and Newport News Shipbuilding/Huntington Ingalls, Newport News, VA, where she has effectively encouraged employees and employers to align themselves with the company’s goals by learning what those goals are and supporting them, all while committed to compliances under state and federal laws.
