Inherent in our practices are our integrity, moral obligations, and ability to conduct business within a socially responsible manner. How we achieve these results is of equal, if not greater, importance than the results themselves. This creates a need for us to behave ethically, transparently, and with integrity at all times. It is absolutely fundamental that everyone working at or on behalf of Markesman understands our focus on this commitment. We take our activities, intent and holistic approach to create, preserve, and further our principles of engagement which stems from our motivations to defend against and defeat our adversaries as a nation.
Our employee handbook outlines our expectations for doing business with integrity. It highlights where employees may need to be alert to situations that pose ethical questions and provides guidance on how to make the right decisions. New employees are required to read and commit to the Code of Ethics when joining Markesman.
We do not tolerate bribery or corruption. Everyone working for or with Markesman, including partners and suppliers, must ensure they work without engaging in any form of bribery or corruption.
Given our commitment to our mission to defend our nation, defeat our adversaries and further human capabilities, we focus our efforts toward ensuring our practices are not misleading nor inappropriate. In addition to our approach, we also provide valuable insights relating to our capabilities and want to develop a strong and transparent relationship with our customers and partners.
