- Referring a friend – In order to attract the best talent, Markesman Group is offering a one-time, $2,000 payment per candidate. This program is not applicable to staffing agencies, individuals associated with staffing agencies, or a government employee.
- Eligibility – You must be a non-Markesman employee, over the age of 18, and a U.S. citizen.
- Non-Eligibility – The following individuals are not eligible for a referral bonus:
- Self-referrals
- Previous Markesman employees who left the company within the last 6 months
- A current applicant for another position at Markesman (up for debate)
- Staffing agencies or consultants.
- Payment – To receive the $2,000 payment for your referral, the person you referred must be employed with Markesman for at least 90 days and be in good standing. Once the 90-day grace period is up, we will begin to process your payment.
Please note that this is a one-time pre-tax payment. Markesman group is not responsible for paying the appropriate state or federal taxes.
