Markesman Group has been awarded a subcontract to Leidos to provide subject matter expertise and threat mitigation support for Air Combat Command (ACC) ISR requirements to Federal Systems and Integration Management (FEDSIM).

Team Leidos has been awarded a Multi-Year IDIQ contract of one base period followed by 4 optional years for a total potential value of $900 million.

Markesman’s highly skilled team of experts will serve as a subcontractor to provide ACC and subordinate units with ISR expertise, services, and support to identify and analyze emerging threats and provide potential capabilities the U.S. military can utilize to combat these threats. These threat mitigation activities include, but are not limited to, training and operational support, intelligence oversight activities, intelligence analysis and targeting, PED, strategy development, exercise and test support, and other ISR OT&E and operational responsibilities at both steady state and contingency locations worldwide.

Markesman Group will primarily support the 480th ISRW; however, will have numerous teams across the country supporting AFCENT and the 363rd ISRW. The 480 ISRW, headquartered at JB Langley-Eustis, VA, operates the AF DCGS to conduct PED and analysis of ISR assets presented through Air Components worldwide. The Wing’s comprehensive set of ISR capabilities (Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT)/SIGINT/Publicly Available Information (PAI)) include national cryptologic, Information Technology (IT), cyber ISR, fusion and analysis, and national-to-tactical SIGINT integration. The Wing is global in nature and spans the full spectrum of ISR operations and interacts with other Department of Defense (DoD), coalition, and Intelligence Community (IC) assets to support Service, Joint, and coalition operations. The Wing operates from and ensures security for facilities and systems located at JB Langley-Eustis, VA; Ft. Gordon, GA, Ft. Meade, MD, Beale AFB, CA; Osan, Air Base, Korea; JB Pearl Harbor-Hickman AB, Hawaii, Ramstein AB, Germany and other locations.
